The new Action Plan of FinTech was unveiled by the European Commission in the field of innovative technologies. The aim of the EU financial sector is to use the technology of blockchain, artificial intelligence, and attract new players. As a sign of independence from political parties and movements, the Commission suggests using a trademark in the form of a pan-European label, while a platform licensed in one country will be able to work throughout the EU. The European Parliament and the Council proposed the adoption of a single set of rules: investors on the platforms will be protected by clear disclosure instructions, risk management and management rules, and a consistent approach to supervision.
