The stock exchange Nasdaq will launch such bitcoin futures which no one has seen before. Now the exchange is on the stage of studying the issue of launching futures contracts, which will differ from similar derivatives on competing exchanges. This was said by the President and CEO of Nasdaq stock exchange Adena Friedman in an interview with CNBC. She confirmed the information that Nasdaq is launching bitcoin futures, but did not specify a launch schedule. Nevertheless, Friedman’s comments show that product development does occur. The main competitors of Nasdaq are Cboe and CME Group which had released bitcoin-futures earlier.
