The developer of the digital currency for payments Dash Core and the Arizona State University (ASU) have signed a contract worth $300 thousand to accelerate research and development in the field of blockchain. According to the contract, a special Dash scholarship is established in the amount of $100 thousand. The same amount will be spent to finance Blockchain Research (BRL) research laboratory. Luminosity Lab will receive $50 thousand for open source projects, as well as developing courses for studying blockchain. Such companies as GoCoin, Strike Social and Piiko also became official partners of Dash cryptocurrency. Dash Core CEO Ryan Taylor said that integrating these companies with Dash will increase the availability of cryptocurrency as an alternative form of payment in the near future.
