The government of South Korea lifted the ban on the activities of crypto-exchanges, ICO. The result of this ban was the fact that several large companies Mediblock, Zikto, and My23 launched their ICO projects abroad. Talent and innovation will always find a way to attract capital, if not in South Korea, then in other countries. Therefore, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance of South Korea has allocated $40 million for investment in the cryptocurrency market. Already 16 venture investment firms have been opened, including the South Korean National Pension Fund (NPS), which invests money in crypto-exchanges.
